คำอธิบายรายวิชา :

วิชานี้ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกลไกการทำงานของสมองและนำความรู้ทางด้านประสาทวิทยามาประยุกต์ใช้ในการเพิ่มทักษะและสมรถภาพในการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์ โดยวิชานี้จะครอบคลุมหลายหัวข้อ อาทิ การฝึกสมองเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการตัดสินใจ บทบาทของอารมณ์ในการตัดสินใจและการแก้ปัญหา การใช้เครือข่ายการควบคุมของสมองเพื่อกระตุ้นความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม การกำหนดกระบวนการทางความคิดและทัศนคติเพื่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงกลยุทธ์ และทางเลือกทางจริยธรรม นอกจากนี้ วิชานี้ครอบคลุมถึงบทบาทของเครื่องมือที่วัดการทำงานของสมอง การปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมองกับเครื่องจักร และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ ในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของการตัดสินใจ วิชานี้จะดำเนินการสอนโดยการบรรยาย การอภิปราย การสาธิต และการฝึกหัดภาคปฏิบัติที่ศูนย์ปัญญทัศน์เพื่อการจัดการ

This interactive course will provide you with an understanding of how to apply major findings in neuroscience to help you make better decisions in solving firm challenges. During the beginning of the course, we will start with a discussion on the basics of neuroscience that will help you become familiar with how the brain works. As the course progresses, you will learn about the important findings in neuroscience with applications to several aspects of managerial decision making, including developing social influence; building team chemistry; enhancing strategic leadership skills; understanding selective attention and memorability; unleashing creativity; applying neuroscience to strategic formulation; as well as discussions on ethical issues in the application of neuroscience. The course will be conducted through a blend of lectures, discussions, experiential exercises, and demonstrations.
